It is a pleasure to announce the 5th Annual MSU Interdisciplinary Conference on Cybercrime will be held April 19th and 20th, 2018 at the Kellogg Hotel and Conference Center, Auditorium room, on the Michigan State University Campus in East Lansing (https://kelloggcenter.com/). This flagship event, sponsored in part by the MSU School of Criminal Justice, seeks to draw world class social and technical science researchers together and present their work in order to promote collaboration between the disciplines and identify new avenues of research to enrich both fields. Shantanu Sarkar is a U.S. Commercial Assistant based in Kolkata, India. As the Commercial Advisor in the U.S. International Trade Administration's Commercial Services team, he works with U.S. businesses to help them enter and navigate the Indian market. Mr. Sarkar joined the U.S. Commerical Service in 2008 and is responsible for the development of U.S. trade and business in Eastern India and adjoining Bangladesh. Mr. Sarkar has over seventeen years of diverse professional experience in the field of marketing, business development, and operations. he is part of several important commercial initiatives to support the emerging economic partnership between the U.S. and India, and is the team lead in India for the mining and industrial materials sectors. Mr. Sarkar will present on opportunities and challenges for U.S. businesses entering the Indian market.
