The upcoming Lansing Economic Club will be held on Jan. 28 from 11 a.m. to noon and feature virtual face-to-face networking before and after the program. The Lansing Economic Club will welcome Dr. Edward Montgomery, president of Western Michigan University. Dr. Montgomerys keynote address, Rethinking the Workforce: Higher Education Must Prepare Change-Ready Professionals, will provide an economic outlook for the new year. He will also discuss the changing nature of work and the kinds of skills needed as businesses forge ahead into the next decade.
