AACCs Workforce Development Institute 2017 (WDI) continues to be a pre-eminent opportunity for in-depth exchanges and networking for economic and workforce leaders at community colleges and their partners. The WDI 2017 theme is Inspiring Innovation. On campuses and in communities across the country, innovation abounds: in program design, development, and delivery, in services to students and employers, and in creative solutions to workforce and economic development challenges.

The 4th Annual MSU Interdisciplinary Conference on Cybercrime will be held March 2nd and 3rd, 2017 at the Kellogg Hotel and Conference Center on the Michigan State University Campus in East Lansing (https://kelloggcenter.com/). Tenth Annual World Languages Day: There are sessions ranging from Vikings to vinyasa yoga, teen life and language in France to Tamil-speaking teens, from Hangeul to Hamlet. A video greeting will be delivered by MSU President Lou Anna Simon at the opening session, and the plenary will be given by Nathan Bynum, an MSU alumnus and current Japanese language teacher. Nearly twenty organizations will be hosting information booths as well, which participants can visit during the morning to obtain information about specific language programs, departments, and colleges, admission to MSU, financial aid, study abroad, and numerous other campus units.
